Whistler is not like the other companies who intend to overprice products just to improve profits. This radar detector company is very serious about bringing together quality and affordability. Now you may ask yourself what would someone who owns one say about the product? Well I own one and I say that it is way better than my old Cobra, which cost me 400$! I can detect signals earlier, especially when I am speeding on the highway. I will hear my signal 3-5 seconds before I can even see a cop car in the distance - which is plenty of time to slow down.
Also, I really like how each of these radar detectors flash when there is an alert. I am addicted to loud music so sometimes I don't hear the alerts. But when I see my Whistler Radar Detector flashing, I know to slow down. I know I'm guilty of speeding, I do it every day. But with my Whistler Radar Detector, I don't worry so much. I like to think I'm a badass without the risk of getting caught.
