I am wondering how much a new High Voltage Probe would cost.
It has an orange plastic probe body
black handle assembly
meter
multiplier resistor 300 megohms
carring case
i don't have a clue what this stuff means so don't ask and it may be in the worng catergory sorry
It is also made by penoma electrics if that helps

Depends on the voltage but $200/£150/€180 is a good ball park for a decent make such as Fluke. The price will vary dependent on the voltage range of the probe. There are cheaper alternatives but when you are dealing with high voltages it pays not to compromise on price. Have a look at the Farnell or RS Components sites.
