Ellipse pre-calc foci question, = -1?

Okay, here we go.

Find the center, foci, and verticies of each ellipse.

My equation I can't figure out is

3x^2 + 12x + 2y^2 -4y +15 = 0

And I factor it and complete the squares to get

3(x^2+4x+4) + 2(y^2 - 2y +1) = -15 +12 + 2

So I come out with

3(x+2)^2 + 2(y-1)^2 = -1

And I can't get it into standard format because I can't cancel out the 3 and the 2 in front of the equation because it doesn't have anything to be divided by. I've double and triple checked and I can't figure out where I am going wrong.
I'm saying I tried to figure it out and I got -1, which is why it is confusing me.

1/a^2 = 3, and 1/b^2 = 2 thats it for standard form. find what A and B are as for that -1 are you sure its even an ellipse? graph it.
