Help with a 1995 Eagle Talon..?

i am planning to get an eagle talon and i found the perfect one right where i live. it is a 1995 AWD eagle talon tsi turbo for 3,000 dollars. i have made a list of what i want to do to it. Turbo back exhaust, Cold air intake, Blow off valve, Subwoofers, Full body kit, Rims, Halo headlights, Smoked out tail lights, Viper alarm system, and a Spoiler. is there any dsm hobbyist's out there who can help me choose on what to do first, or on what to do and not to do to the car. this will be my first ever car, well not really i drive a stupid lincoln, but my first tuner. what would be the cheapest way to add a good amount of horse power, but i still want to get good gas mileage. please help.
i know eagle talons arnt mitsubishis, the computer just put my question under that section.

Check out the staged upgrade path on dsmtuners.com and start reading there. Based on your list you have a long ways to go before you learn the ways of the DSM and prepare to get severely bashed by other DSM owners for wanting to put on a body kit, myself being one of them.

Get familiar with laid out upgrade paths and vfaq.com before you waste your money on items that will get you no power and may actually cost your some.
