Shoe Protector Great
Accidentally sprayed shoes with leather protection, but they aren't leather shoes!?
Good morning,
My wife bought a new pair of shoes for work yesterday, and she was going to wear them to work today. They appeared to be leather, or so I thought. I sprayed them with a leather protector last night and to my horror this morning when I went to get them for her, they had turned all white and washed out where the spray had gone!! We tried to wipe them with wet paper towel, but that did not fix it... is there anything I can do to try to fix them or are they ruined?

The spray I used is: SoftMoc WSP 365 Leather and Fabric Protector

Unfortunately, it sounds like the shoes are toast. If it was a synthetic that the spray wasn't designed for, then the damage could very well be permanent.
