I think the main characters were shadowy criminals, their faces hidden under large black hats...
Does anyone know what the book is called and who wrote it?
Ahhh yes, sorry well it's not a comic, rather a picture book like Where the Wild Things are and the 'criminals seem to form a amorphous blob, there are three of them but they are like connected somehow
the criminal is very similar to the three head jewel thief in this cartoon
