What TV show is this?

I am looking for a TV show I saw a while ago but I can not think of the name.

This is all I remember about it.
- two garages compete to mod a car in a set amount of time and then race them to see who did the best
- Could contain words like Chop or Shop..

The episode I remember they modded vans. One team chopped off the top and when they simulated in the wind tunnel they found it made it worse. Another team moved the engine to the back of the van(or vice versa).

It's not Scrapheap Challenge is it?

They have to modify/construct all sorts of things to complete a challenge at the end of the show.
