Team Black Polo

ok well theres this guy at my highschool who recently moved here a few months ago from africa (he's not black,he's white) he has this amazing accent and he's amazingly hottt! well he's a junior and I'm a sophmore and we've never really talked before except we are facebook friends. well I'm not the only one who likes him...a ton of girls at my school are drooling over him and I just found out that he's never had a girl friend or even been kissed. I'm in the same situation as him but have never had a bf. Most of the girls like him because he's hot and is on the water polo/swim team. But I see him differently he's got a good personality and is an all around good guy who just happens to be ricdiculously good looking. (haha) Any advice on how I can get him to notice me?? he's extremely popular while I'm not that much. I'm ok looking but not gorgeous. On his formspring he said he wouldn't mind dating a sophmore so I kinda have a chance. Help?
