ok my mom let me borrow her shoes for church and then my dog ate some of one of then i need to find a new set?

they are black maybe two, two an a half inch heels, strappy open toed and a long the straps there are tiney round metal like stud things and where your pinkey toe would be there is some designe tht looks like they are linked there but it is flat. they are apostrophe and i believe she got them at sears but it was a while ago like years since she got them they are her favorite and i just really wan t to get a replacement instead of make her furious...
