Do you think this horse is right for me?

I'm a confident novice/intermediate rider,I've been riding horses for 2 years,I've learned the basics and and I can jump a spread,Straight pole and a spread as well as a cross pole.I'm a member of the Pony Club and i'm on my gold 2 badge.
I have found a lovely horse,he's 6 years old,15.hh(he's welsh section d x thoroughbred) and he's described as a great all-rounder and a true Gentleman in every way(good to box clip,shoe,catch,etc) His only problem is his owner said hes is slightly green and hasn't done alot of jumping.I've spoken to the owner and she said she rides him with no problems atall and she said he just need guidance and someone with more time to bring him on.
Do you think this lovely horse is right for me ?

i would go try him out and see. just because you're confident doesn't mean you can give him the guidance he needs, but it certainly would help. i think it's worth a shot to go out and ride him on the flat and a few jumps and see if you fit each other and you can give him what he needs. you should pretty good so i would say go for a test ride!
