Does a Kenwood KFC-W3012 12" Performance Series Subwoofer fit in an MTX Thunderform for the Dodge Ram?

I'm looking to upgrade subwoofers and I was wndering if the Kenwood KFC-W3012 12" Performance Series Subwoofer fits in an MTX Thunderform that's made for the 2003 Dodge Ram 1500.
