Why I Really Liked Half Water Half Gas
The idea of using renewable energy sources for your automobile is old indeed and while major traditional headway is yet to be done, there are several ways available in the market that guide you into running a automobile with optimal efficiency on Hydrogen fuel cells. although using water to run a automobile involves the decomposition of H2O into its constituent atoms, Hydrogen gas runs on a different mechanism altogether and is commonly used in many prototype machines and cars around the world.
Although petroleum and diesel have indeed represented a major role in changing the face of human infrastructure and life, the rising fuel prices may just mean that is high time to say good-bye to gasoline. The other point of consideration is the fact that traditional fuel has been the single largest atmosphere pollutant the world has known and now that the existing fuel stock would only last for another fifty years or so, it is time that we made attempts to forget this old friend.
With the current status of things, it looks as if using Hydrogen fuel cells is perhaps the only rational thing to do. Fuel cells do not run on the principle of combustion and given Hydrogen gas's calorific value, they yield far greater productivity with the same amount of fuel with less chance of contaminating the environment. Hydrogen gas has been the source of energy in the universe since time started and hold tremendous potential for future development.
Hydrogen gas fuel cells run on the elementary rule of using molecular Hydrogen in established fuel, splitting and converting membranes to produce electricity that may be used as fuel, but this brings us to another question of how to generate the required Hydrogen gas. Hydrogen can be produced by breaking down the water molecule using electricity, before it is allowed to react with the fuel cells, which then generates electricity, enabling the car to be run with it. The overall cost of this operation is pretty cheap indeed and performance of the automobile or vehicle is not hampered in any way what so ever.
It does not call for rocket science to make a Hydrogen gas car that runs on water fuel cells and any technically adept person or even a mechanic can build on, using very average daily use tools. This has nothing to do with the basic functioning of the car as only some elementary twisting and turning could get the automobile moving. This doesn't involve meddling with the brain of your car engine as some elementary changes can do the job perfectly. On the addition of a fuel line heater and a small device, you can crank up the mileage by a massive 70 to 80 percent. The whole modified Hydrogen gas automobile doesn't not cost a bomb and can be equated to a highly functional electric automobile without any emissions.
When you equate traditional cars with the unconventional models, you would find that while the former is the biggest culprit in polluting the atmosphere with massive emissions of dangerous gases including Co2, the only by product that you can expect from these modified and operational vehicles is water, with nothing to complain about giving worthy mileage. While it is true that there are many phony guides ready to fool you, it remains an irrefutable fact that this method is possible with just elementary tweaking as demonstrated by many internet sites.
